UNFORGETTABLES
In the beginning, our office was located about five miles from our home. However, after working Hurricane Katrina, we learned that our office needed to be in our home since storms don’t take place during “regular” work hours. Shortly after Hurricane Katrina, we set up our home office so we would be available to our customers at all times. During Hurricanes Ike and Gustav, Tommy and I did not leave our home/office for six weeks. I mean, we did not go ANYWHERE—not to the store, the bank, the movies, out to eat, or anywhere! We take pride in being available to our customers 24/7 during an event.
